About You:
You are a Support Desk professional who has superb communications, organisational and technical skills. You have probably worked for unappreciative or disorganised ICT Firms before and you're looking for an excellent work environment, respect in your workplace, an elite team to work with and a large degree of autonomy in technical work. You crave some variety and a supportive environment in which to advance your skills further.
You have relevant recent employment experience with AT LEAST advanced technical skills in the following: (this is not negotiable)
- Windows 2000 / XP / Vista - Install, configure, diagnose, repair
- Knowledge of desktop computer hardware - dismantle, diagnose, repair
- Knowledge of LAN, & WAN essentials, and experience diagnosing the source of LAN & WAN problems.
- Solid experience with various common business softwares such as MS Office (ver 2000, XP, 2003, 2007)
You also have at least the following qualities and skills
- A high level of communication skills
- The ability to make non-technical people (clients) understand the simple essence of technical problems and HAVE CONFIDENCE in your abilities to get resolutions.
- Honest and good work ethic (you will work to targets each month)
The following additional skills or qualifications will be viewed favourably but are not essential.
- Industry certifications (degree,MCP, MCSA, MCTS, A+, Net+ etc)
- Basic or intermediate Windows Server 2003 skills
- Cabling experience - CAT5
- Printing equipment - diagnose & repair
- A drivers licence (preferably manual) and live in the Gold Coast area or Greater Brisbane area
About the Role:
You will be working with other technicians and Engineers in supporting our business client networks. You operate primarily from the Support Desk environment with our cutting-edge remote support tools, to maintain and repair client computers and networks. If you have experience with, or are keen to support clients in a face to face situation, you may also attend to Onsite support tasks which cannot be resolved remotely.

Package Details - What you get:

- A salary PACKAGE between $33,000 (little experience) and $45,000 (highly experienced) which includes:
- Base Salary commensurate with experience and skills
- Superannuation of 9% of base salary
- Performance based bonuses
