• We supply you with Antivirus / Antispam / Antispyware. There is NO annual subscription. There may be a small installation charge - just let us know what antivirus you currently use as we may have to replace that software.  If your antivirus is not due to expire for some months, we will give you the antivirus for FREE for up to 3 months to encourage you to make the change NOW. 
  
• We monitor your backups every night and let you know if they aren't working. When was the last time anyone checked your backup logs?  Our systems check this automatically every single day, and create a ticket in our systems if there is any kind of failure. Most backup softwares are supported.
  
• We also monitor the performance of your server "brain" and storage, and will advise you if there is an issue, and how to address it. If your server's CPUs are running at very high load it will slow down all staff's work and your entire business.  If your server runs out of drive space, it can crash and cause a big repair bill (assuming your backups are working).  It's easy to avoid these headaches.
  
• If that wasn't enough, you can feel reassured that we also manage all of the security patches on your PCs and Servers for you.  It is a time consuming task to update all your Windows sytems regularly, but if you don't do it, then you run a much higher risk of hacking, spyware and viruses.  If this task is not done properly, updates will also quietly consume vast amounts of your internet bandwidth, slowing down your intenet access or causing you to get charged for excess downloads.
