IT Leaders first task was to fix the urgent business threats that had resulted during the previous years of growth, including installing appropriate backup and power protection systems.
From there we consulted with Nick and his team over the future direction and expansion plans of Wealthfarm and carefully designed them new infrastructure that would significantly improve efficiency for the organisation and its multiple locations, and be able to keep pace with their growth.
At the same time they faced a growing need for more space at their head office, and IT Leaders was asked to project manage the technology side of their office relocation. We deliberately separated these two issues, and first completed the new infrastructure installation, followed quickly by the office move. This resulted in immediate business performance improvments, and minimised downtime during the move.
