I want to move away from landlines.
I want my team to work from anywhere.
I want to reduce my telephony costs.
Switch to a single, cloud-based platform for all your telephony – no landlines or special hardware required.
A cloud PBX system can be installed on almost any device. Make and take calls from your desktop, your mobile, and any other supported platform.
Automatically record the calls you choose, then simplify recording management with features like automated retention policies.
Create auto-attendants that direct callers to the right department. Make handling even easier by adding call queues that activate at peak times.
Adding and removing staff members to your PBX system isn’t complex. Fill out an online support form and we’ll do the rest.
Get insights into metrics like call volume, average call duration, and queue abandonment rate. An online reporting dashboard makes it simple to see exactly how your team are performing.

Talk through your business’s current telephony with us.
We’ll identify opportunities for improvement and assess whether switching to a cloud PBX system makes sense.
If cloud PBX is right for you, we’ll talk through exactly which features and functionalities you need.
We’ll then put together a proposal that breaks down setup and monthly per-user costs.
Changing phone systems isn’t complicated.
Downtime is minimal – and, if your business handles lots of calls, we’re happy to schedule the cutover after hours too.
Yes, cloud PBX is cheaper than wired PBX. If you want to install a wired PBX system, you’ll need to pay an electrician to lay the cable and connect it to physical handsets. You’ll also need to invest in ongoing maintenance and expansion, particularly if you’re a growing business that regularly adds new staff members. Finally, you’ll need to pay for calls made to external numbers.
A cloud PBX system, in contrast, only has 4 sets of charges:
You’ll only ever be billed for staff members that are actually using the cloud PBX platform. If someone leaves your business or no longer needs phone access, you can simply remove them from your user group.
There isn’t one. ‘Cloud PBX’ simply refers to a PBX system that’s digital, not wired. ‘VoIP’ means ‘voice over IP’ – it’s a bracket term for any kind of cloud telephony, including cloud PBX.
No, you don’t. A cloud PBX system works through a cloud-based application, which your staff can install on their mobile phones or computers.
If your team use physical handsets, you’ll only need to replace those handsets if they don’t support VoIP applications.
Your cloud PBX can be accessed from any device, anywhere in the world. If your office internet drops out, you’ll still be able to access your PBX via your mobile. You can then either:
You can also ask your IT provider to provide a 5G failover option for your office internet (which means you’ll automatically switch over to a 5G network if, for example, something goes wrong with your NBN). In other words: there will almost never be a scenario, other than a natural disaster, when you can’t access your cloud PBX system.
Yes, you can keep your current phone numbers. We’ll port them over when you switch to using us as your cloud PBX provider.
‘PBX’ is an initialism that stands for ‘private branch exchange’. Traditionally, a PBX was a telephony system within an organisation – like a local network, calls could be switched ‘locally’ within the organisation.
If a user wanted to make a call to someone outside the PBX, the call would be switched to the PSTN (public switched telephone network). If someone outside the PBX wanted to place a call to a specific user, they’d need to dial that user’s extension.
Today, PBXs are digital. While the same logic applies – users can call each internally via extensions – the system is based entirely in the cloud, without any wiring or physical connectivity.
